THE RAINFOREST IS BEAUTIFUL. THE PEOPLE ARE QUIET DIFFERENT. THEY ALL CARRY GUNS OR KNIVES EXPOSED BUT FOR THE MOST PART ARE VERY FRIENDLY. EXTREMELY POOR COUNTRY. MAKES YOU APPRECIATE WHAT YOU HAVE.

Nothing to do here. Very disappointing!!!!!!! This port is a waste of time. Went back to ship after doing a bit of shopping.

A slightly unusual port of call but very interesting. Not very touristy, so it was nice for a change. Not many port activities, but those they had were refreshing. People were very freindly and not pushy like in Mexico.

Enjoyed the energizing music at the visitor's center. Not much else to do unless an excursion is booked
