Did the Monkey & Wildlife Nature Cruise On Gatun Lake. It was excellent.

Going partially through.. learned a few things.. however sitting stationary in the lake for hours was .. let’s just say less than desirable. Before heading to Rendezvous point. Which was a waste ! Colon “ is NOT A TOURIST SPOT” we were even advised by staff at the desk to not even get off the ship ( hide valuables, be ultra careful) we did get off for the “ 2 hrs” we were allowed just to finally touch terra firma…

This was the highlight of the cruise. Take time to learn about the history of the building of the canal and you’ll be even more amazed. The train trip to Panama City was well worth the cost.

excursion with bus ride and then boat ride to monkey island. LOOOONG bus ride, 2 hours, but worth the boat ride and monkeys

A must-do experience! Ver cool to actually sail through the locks at the famed Panama Canal!

Would rather go to other ports or go through to a port then return.

Did not get off the ship but enjoyed the trip through the locks

We love going through the canal and watch the operation of the locks.

Very interesting going through the locks and cruising around the lake with a return.
