We didNagasaki on our own. Lovely people ,peace park a must,and the bomb site museum. Trams easy to get around 5 yen day pass.Glover house good to see and from there you can see the ship docked.Also shops and markets on the way back down the hill.

It was good but on the full day trip you DO NOT go to the Peace Museum so I was upset it was not included

Port is at center of the city 🌃 so can just walk around whole city & explore the beauty of this place. Must definitely visit Atomic museum & peace park.

We had planned on taking a ship excursion but it was cancelled and we had to try to find something to do on our own. Had we known farther in advance that the ship was going to cancel the excursion due to lack of enough English-speaking guests, we would've been able to find something else to do.
