The Kochi port folks had a person with a large mask/head in a Japanese costume. Our tour included a Paper-making experience at a well known paper company.

Port was very nice and clean. No excursion... my group explored the area on our own. There was a shuttle bus to town. We walked through the shopping areas and saw the Kochi Castle.
