Beautiful town, took bus in. Drizzled the whole time, so I went from coffee shop to coffee shop. It was a wonderful way to spend the day meeting local folks.

Walked the town on our own. enjoyed the gardens and the town was beautiful.

We docked in an industrial area. It was a $30 cab ride to the city. The Volvo museum across the street was cool. There was an awesome lunch place (West End) right near the ship where a hundred plus Swedes were eating. Great food and cool atmosphere

Ship excursion to west coast fishing villages was underwhelming. Lots of bus time and not much to see or learn about the villages. Not worth the time or money. Gothenburg exploring would be more interesting.

It’s a small metropolis. Glad we took an excursion out of town. The Volvo Museum is right at the port.

industrial park port visit. rainy day. If I wanted to see the city I had to pay $40 to take a round trip on a bus. I had already paid for hop on hop off bus but it did not come to the port.
