Tender service or something was very poor. We were unfortunately one of the last ones to get off the ship and only had 2 hours there. It was very interesting and a very poor island.. Our group took about 65lbs. of crayons, color books, seeds, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, hair ties, and things to the school and it is quite a little trek. The teachers were very grateful and happy to recieve the supplies. Do take some individually wrapped candy or trinkets for the kids, they speak no english and are willing to do about anything for coins or trinkets.

Was not worth being at sea for 41/2 days. We were late getting there and could only visit 2 hours.

The cultural center tour was good, however, the native was hard to understand at times.

I wouldn't worry about the shore excursion on this one. When you tender off the boat to the Island, NCL provides a lunch, there is a beach, and this is where the locals are, the school, and the churches.

By any other name, this is an NCL private island. Have a nice bar-b-que - there's nothing else on the island.
