Our favorite port as you can walk 10-15 minutes to Kalapki beach which is beautiful. Nice grassy area to sit under trees if preferred and Duke’s restaurant beachside. Fun to watch the surf riders.

Went to Waimea canyon and it was breathtaking. I had not been to the Grand Canyon before seeing this so this was one of the most beautiful places I had ever seen.

Not much to do at the port. Recommend an excursion

Nice local beach within walking distance. Duke's also is right there and was a fantastic meal. We did the Kayak/hike/secret falls excursion. Beautiful but the hike can be a bit treacherous if you are not well coordinated, and you will get wet, especially walking across a shallow river briefly, so wear proper swimwear, water shoes.

Great port should have rented a car so that we could have seen more. Uber driver was awesome and took us many places to ensure the trip was successful.

Independently rented a vehicle to visit Waimea Canyon.

They were OK because we’ve been to plenty of cruises

Unorganized. No “Free Shuttles” as advertised. And map of port to city really worthless.

Did the riverboat cruise and visited a waterfall. It was just okay
