Weather got better. Went to Waimea Canyon and Wailua river excursion. Beautifuul seenary with waterfal anf lots of green lush wegetation from mountan top view.

we did the 6.25 hr discover Kauai, highly recommend, very informative, saw most of the highlights of the island

Not much to do if you didn't have an excursion. Excursion were very very expensive.

Kauai is my favorite of the islands and the only sad thing is we really only have a day and a half to be there during this cruise.

Wish we could have had the 2 days in Kauai but ships mechanical problems prohibited it.

The port is nothing special, but the attractions and tours are the BEST!

We were happy that NCL included a visit to the McBryde and Allerton gardens. Our guide was knowledgeable about the local plants, history, and of course the movie scenes shot at the gardens. We didn't do an excursion the second day because we wanted to keep it open to rest.

Our excursion gave us a tour of the island and we saw many beautiful and interesting sites!
