Just spent a few days visiting

We stayed for 3 days prior to embarking so did not do an excursion.

We arrived 3 days before and stayed at Wyndham Waikiki Beach. Great location. Rented a car and drove around the island making multiple stops at various points of interest. Make sure you make Diamond Head reservations. Next day we did the beach and Experience Nutridge Luau. Great time at small event. About 60-70 attendees. On the day of cruise we did Pearl Harbor. Get tickets early and pick and early time to the Arizona Memorial. We had 3 busy days, but I will say it and say it a lot. Do your homework well before your trip and plan accordingly.

No excursions, straight to the airport.

Big city atmosphere

We did the Palidrive excursion. We were able to see some beautiful sights; however, we really weren't that happy with the excursion. The driver was interesting and informative; however, he drove too fast. It was hard to see and almost impossible to take pictures. We did Pearl Harbor on our own via standby at the USS Arizona. We were unable to get tickets for an excursion and were ecstatic to have been able to visit the Arizona memorial. It was a very moving experience. We also did the Germaine's Luau. It was delicious, entertaining, and FUN!

Big City. Only was able to one excursion due to Covid. Didn't know I had Covid, but canceled a day due to feeling bad. So maybe I missed a bunch. :(

Took a free shuttle to the big mall and then easily walked threw the mall to the beach and very big beautiful park. Nice food available at the beach and clean change and washrooms everywhere. Outside shower stations for cooling off and getting the sand washed off. never bothered with any excursions and just enjoyed the warm clear waters.

Didn't chance to explore as my flight to Hawaii was delayed for several hours due to mechanical issue.

On boarding took 1 1/2 hours with prior online checking.
