A soft black sand beach greets you for the wet landing.  Galapagos flycatchers are attracted to camera lenses and would perch on the lens. Very cool. Be cautious if you snorkel to not swallow any sea water. I did and picked up some nasty bug (the doctor said it was plankton) and ended up with the runs for days.

AM excursion choice of long or short beach walk. We chose long (I think about two miles) along the beach. Panga ride over beach/wet landing. Panga is beached in the surf, passengers swing over the side and walk up onto the beach. As soon as all are off lets vominos no waiting around. Lots of wildlife iguanas, birds crabs sea lions. Flamingos were a hit. Nice snorkel off the beach before ride back to ship.
