This may have been the best city and free tour. The guide is a grade school history teacher. Told us a lot about the life there and of the children learning to be independent at an early age. He got a big tip.

Kind of sad: Stalin apartments and unused churches. Not much to see here but post-USSR decline of a country. Many people out of work and desperate.
