There is nice little shopping area and walkway around the port. We did not do an excursion but took Dad our in the wheelchair.

Enjoyed walking around town and up to the Palace Gardens (2-5 euros). There’s also a nice park just below.

In port on a Sunday so most things were closed. Great internet cafe on the dock. We appreciated the Portuguese influence, but did not travel around the island outside of town.

Loved this port. Beautiful little gem. Did the Jeep tour, started with a cloudy day, then sunshine, got to see the Lakes and cute interesting spots in the island. Will love to come back again.
