Naples is a little rough, saw some violence and a lot of confrontations, but definitely the best food anywhere.

Did an excursion to Pompeii that was fascinating. The city of Naples is interesting as well.

A great city which I think reflects the real Italy especially culturally. We used the hop on off bus to view the sights having previously visited other attractions like the Tunnels, Pompeii and Herculaneum. Very busy but authentic.

Booked a 20 person-bus excursion through Viator and visited Positano, Amalfi and Revello. Breathtaking scenery; the 'tour assistant' provided lots of info during the ride and our time in each location was free time.

Weather wasn’t great but tour guide we booked was entertaining and informative. We did a tour of the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Ravello and Sorrento. Ravello is a quiet, peaceful town and loved it there. Great meal in Sorrento. Was a full day tour and made it back to ship with plenty of time to see Naples but we skipped it and from what we heard didn’t miss much. Most said it was a very dirty port with lots of sketchy locals but great pizza.

We did not do an excursion. A great walkable port. Many places to eat off the ship. If you want to purchase souvenirs you can do better in town.
