We did the tour of Pompeii which was neat and did the climb up Mt. Vesuvius. It was raining with a heavy overcast so we couldn’t see anything when we got to the top of the volcano.

Yes Absolutely beautiful!

We did Pompeii. Pompeii itself was cool, the vendors are sketchy. Check your audio set ahead of time, mine shattered after #1 and they wouldn’t refund my money. Accused me of breaking it.

Unkempt, garbage everywhere and a discernable stench took away from enjoying anything about this city.

Big and beautiful city and port, very picturesque! Overlooking Mount Vesuvius volcano. Wonderful excursion!

Pompeii is a must see

Pompeii is a must. Once again we went out on our own and took a taxi from port to the museum. This was our most expensive transportation day. About 70 Euro each was from Naples. Afterwards we had just enough time to get pizza in splitter street before heading back to port.

Started a jewelry maker - not sure that was ever mentioned. Too long for lunch. Could have skipped the jewelry and cut lunch in half and gone to another spot.

Don’t think I’d rush back. We did a big red bus tour and a lot of Naples is very run down. However, if you head to the coast, it’s worthwhile.

Very congested city.
