Benedictine Abbey at Gottweig was nice although the tour guide was not at her best. Wachau eine Tour was fabulous - great experience.

We’re only here in morning.. trip to Gottweig Abbey. Wonderful tour , church gorgeous! Nice gift shop. Rest of day we sailed up Danube Passau, Austria. Went through a lock ( 14 all together on the entire trip) very interesting! Beautiful weather that days. Past many castles and hills of vineyards . Wachau Valley beautiful!

LOVED IT! Hidden gem. Gottwieg Abbey was maybe my favorite excursion. Breathtaking. Guide was so wonderful. The entire place was awe inspiring. I could have stayed longer exploring Krems. It's a highlight.
