A: From what I understand yes you can. I have just returned from a 2 week cruise on Arvia and 1 of our ports was La Spezia and others in the Facebook group for our cruise were asking this question and this was the answer on there. I understand that th... ey aren’t as frequent on Sundays so if you dock on a Sunday you may need to be careful about the time.
