We wondered into a more residential area and some of the locals weren't too happy we were there. That being said, it was a short, and inexpensive train ride to Monaco which we LOVED!

Went on our own. NCL nickeled and dimed 15 euro's for each port to go from the ship to town.

Tender process was atrocious. We waited in line for a tender number only for the ship not to follow the process. Lost 2-3 hours waiting for tender while people who didn’t even have a tender ticket got off the boat.

Our most expensive excursion took us in a private car all over. We bought perfume from one of the oldest perfume makers, visited a super artsy old town and even stopped in Monti Carlo!

This port was my least favorite as it was not as clean and well maintained as the other ports I visited.

tiny port, easy to wander around on your own, can also grab taxi and head to Nice or Monaco which are less than 30 min away

Beautiful!! We went to Eze and Villefranche. Beautiful and safe area.

We didn't book an excursion for this day because the options were very limited. For instance, my son is 12 and that took us out of Segways, bikes, etc. We tried to go it alone. The train station was terrible to navigate and we couldn't find anyone to help us. It was completely unfortunate.

We did the Nice and Eze tour. The tour guide did not do much guiding or explaining. She pointed us to the Nice flower market, told us where the toilets were, and let us fend for ourselves for an hour. Same thing in Eze; showed us the entrance, then went and smoked while we guessed our way through the village.
