I refer to Passau as the city that Viking built. Again, an interesting stop, but after some of the other ports, nothing special. Went on the included tour and organ recital.

Passau is beautiful as well, did the walking tour and then paid for the Bavarian Cruise & Baroque Town Scharding, but would give this tour a C+ only.

Excellent tour guide, cute city, easy to navigate on your own. Dacshund museum was fun.
