We arrived on a sunday so we booked a trip to the Folk musuem in the morning (worth a visit if you can) then found a local pup for a proper Guiness. Not a great deal to do otherwise on a sunday. The ship did berth alongside which is a walkable distance but around 20 mins so if wo have mobility sags get the free shuttle bus.

Book an excursion at this port as there isn’t much to do in town.

We did an excursion to Folk village were we also had tea and scones and Irish music. On the way back we stopped off in Killybegs where I tried proper Irish Guinness. Very different to what you get in England much tastier 🤣

Small but quaint. The NCL excursion was way overpriced. Walk to the tourist information center and get a local tour to the Sliabh Liag cliffs, you will not regret it.

Tour was fine. The pub was nice roomy and the entertainment was very good. This was probably the best tour of the cruise.
