Walk outside the port and grab a taxi there. A tour around the island is a lot cheaper than booked on board. Tobogan ride is a lot of fun for a fair price

Again used the hop on hop off bus and also used the cable car independently.

The weather was sunny and the city was friendly. We walked all over and did not do a tour. It was nice to be outside.
