Enjoyed this port very much. Did on our own. Ship was docked further from town so a lot of walking. Ship did offer a shuttle for a reasonable price but did not use it thinking town was closer....should have! Loved the monorail to Monte and back down. Highlight of the port. Great shopping in town.

a last minute change of port from Azores, but wise move since the Azores had 4 ships that day. Tour with Green Devil Safari....lots of tour options. Wonderful island with diverse scenery, clement changes, history and life style....would be a great 2 day stop.

I feel like we could've used more time here. Do the toboggan ride! We did a combo tour through the ship and it was worded poorly. It made it sound like we were going to the botanical gardens which we didn't. We had a wonderful lunch near the ship. Great day and would definitely go back here.

Beautiful port. It was their annual flower celebration which was beautiful. Walked 20 min from ship to town.
