Q: We are going to Honningsvag next week and they offer an excursion to the north cape at 10:15 pm till 1:30 am since it’s dark there after 7 pm I would like to know if it would be nice to be there at this hour. Thank you.

A: we were there in July so the sun never set. It should give you a good chance to see some northern lights if it is clear.

A: The Northern Lights are visible September to March, so dark is better to see them.
