The port is about 2 km from the city center and 2.5 km from the train station. We opted for an excursion: Gdansk on your own. Bus ride to and from with a visit time of 4 hours. We saw the Fountain of Neptune, the Golden Gate structure, the prison tower and St. Mary's Basilica. Well enjoyed this excursion especially as the price was reasonable.

Great city but not enough time to see it all.

And yes another lovely city. Did the Ember Factory and bought some nice pieces at at least what I think is a pretty good price. Gdansk was a wonderful City to walk around.

Again, did not like having to pay to ride a bus to the town, and the town was very touristy. The prices were very high for Poland.

Did a bike/food tour. It was fun for all but rushed based on short time in port.
