This is the picturesque village that comes to mind when you think of Norway.

Take the train ride. Well worth it

Speechless! A beautiful, stunning small town/village surrounded by mountains. A train station and few shops very close to the ship or sit by the crystal clear fjord

Did the Norway in a nutshell excursion. We were lucky to have a nice day - the Flåm railway was superb

This was our second favorite place to see. The natural beauty of Flaam made our trip! The day started off rainy and low clouds were blocking some of the views. But thank goodness the weather cleared and we got to see astounding beauty! Water falls everywhere, green everywhere even in October. Small town feel that was easy to walk around to pick up apples and see the beautiful area. The welcome center had a tourists guide center where we booked our own boat ride and excursion to a lookout point.

Loved loved loved Flam!! My husband had purchased train tickets in advance and it was a memorable trip, gorgeous waterfalls and so green and lush. The ship again docked right at the town and we were able to walk off and back on and shop and get fresh air. Beautiful stop!!

Went kajaking with Njord Sea Kayaking Booked directly with them, not trough the cruise line, for a third of the price We really enjoyed this tour Our guide Connor was really awesome and funny

The train was nice, we rented Bikes on our own at the top and rode down for a thrilling ride. It would have been nice if the ship had offered that

Took a fjord cruise and also rode bus up to scenic overlook. One of our favorite stops.
