At the last minute ‘port authority” told Viking we could not park on the river and had to dock in Rotterdam—a 45 min(turned into 3 hrs sec to an accident) drive away. On our return trip”port Authority”

We did not land in Amsterdam we were docked in Ijmuiden. We were advised by P&O that there was a change then told by the person on the phone that it was a nice port well all I can say is she has obviously never been there also the coach broke down twice and a short shuttle was a good hour and the second day it took over an hour and a half!

MSC uses 24 hours system on their daily communication prints. They printed arrival Friday 14:00, and departure Saturday 9:00 without the usual "AM" or "PM" notations next to the time, so many guests and I misread the length of stay to be 2 days. I thought we did not have to leave Amsterdam until 9 PM when it was 9 AM, I realize that this is entirely my fault, but it would be nice if the crew director goes on the PA to announce and point out to us the possible confusion.
