A: Not too long as it is pretty much "round the corner." Not sure how frequently the ferry runs.

A: There is a ferry at the dock where the tender drops you. I think 14Euro round trip.

A: not sure but we did boat excursion to Portofino through Celebrity and it was good, just not long enough.
