We love Portofino we did a great tour however the reason why I only gave it one was because the tour personnel was horrible horrible I can’t say that more times but the tour itself was amazing we went to a couple different cities in Took a Grado boat ride which was amazing and we had a great guy on the boat it was very good and gave us a lot of information. Taking a tour is the best way to see these cities verses just walking around by yourself

We never go to go to city we walked past got on ship for 30 minutes to get a bus for one hour to get a train for 30 minutes took small bus over the mountains very bumpy and not comfortable and then a tour back to train , and another bus ride 1 hour then the boat back to dock and our ship. Boreing and too long . would not recommend

Beautiful, the nicest port by far, but very expensive. Only tendered port, magic carpet to get off worked well

Disappointing. Lots of walking in not interesting villages. Mediocre lunch. Long bus ride. Guide was fun.

This was a great port... but we were extremely disappointed with this excursion. We spent far too much time on buses and trains and not enough time near the water or getting to see these very charming towns. Our first stop after being on a bus for over an hour was less than 30 minutes and our second stop required us to do the wine and food tasting (which was not great) and put us in town during a very busy lunch period. We had just an hour to eat and pay our bill WHICH IS NOT ENOUGH TIME in Italy. It takes 30 minutes minimum to pay a bill in Italy. Our guide did not know English very well, nor could she recommend a place for us to have lunch. This was the place I was most looking forward to seeing and the excursion was an incredible disappointment.
