Besides a CL transfer. Viator and other travel sites offer transfers which may be best trade off for cost/convenience. next would be train but there isn't a direct route. https://www.rome-airport.info/to-cruise-port-civitavecchia.html. lastly for convenience a taxi will run 120 to 150 euros.

There are vans outside the port that will take you to the airport. They charge by the person so be sure you ask before you get in the van. They took us in a van going to the airport and dropped off a family and then we went to our hotel in Rome.
