we used Viator and they did a wonderful job. We were picked up at the Holiday Inn and dropped off at our hotel in Civitavecchia. Regrettably, I don't recall the driver's name but he promptly stayed in contact with us prior to pickup.

We took the train from St. Peter's and shave 20 to 30 mins off the trip. We did use a semi private but filled the van to go from port to airport. Mia Limo. they had license and could go straight to ship.

We stay near the termini so for €4.60 we took the train which was less than an hr to Civitavecchia. $5.00 van to the ship.

We stayed at the Crowne Royal and paid for the shuttle service through them. No issues what so ever.
