Way overcrowded! took 1 1/2 hours in line to get cable car back to port.

It was beautiful but WAY too crowded and long lines for the cable cars to get up and down the mountain. If you choose to take the steps up or down (we took them down), you will have to dodge the donkeys and everything that they leave behind. It's actually really sad watching them being forced to carry people up and down that mountain all day. We did an excursion in the morning: volcano hike and hot springs.

Port cancelled all shore excursions on this day and there happen to be 4 cruise ships in port. Massive amount of people in town that day it felt like Times Square!

DO NOT ATTEMPT THE STAIRS TO GET BACK TO PORT! It seems simple but trust me, not worth it.

the logistics of waiting in line for 2.5hrs to get the cable car down in time to get the last tender back to the boat was very tense and caused undue anxiety. Norwegian should have a steward working the line to reassure passengers that they will not be left behind. Disney reps were doing this.

Overcrowded and a 2 hr wait for the cable car. Pretty place but wouldn't go back

The port location we stopped at, waited in line for, rode cable car to the top - WAS NOT WERE THE BLUE ROOFS ARE! Very disappointed. Maybe 2 or 3 such buildings.
