Port is very impressive.

Did an excursion cruising the Bosporus. Beautiful city. Was a little unnerved at the periodic prayers that were broadcasted loudly throughout the day.

Enjoyed the visit to Istanbul but just a very rushed excursion as a lot was covered in it.

Loved the Grand Bizaar and the Bosphorus River dinner cruise. Not enough time to vist Topkapi and the Blue Mosque.

It is very crowded but rich with culture and food!

Was the best stop. But was cut short from original times due to "too many ships" in port. This is the main reason we booked this cruise to spend 2 nights in Istanbul. Disappointed in the changes after we paid...

I was told that even though I was booking airfare that I would not have an opportunity to see the city or book in a way that would allow it. Someone I met on the ship explained that they were staying behind to tour Rome and it was a service that was offered.

Incredible city. Paid a cab driver to take us on a tour. He stayed with us and arranged for visits to the sites.

Be prepared to walk a lot. Beautiful city.
