Beautiful, very clean city. Did not have an excursion…just a casual day walking around seeing the sights.

Awesome place! Took a Game of Thrones tour and it was incredible. Then we stayed in old town, walked around and sat at a great little restaurant for food & drinks.

Head to the maritime museum to get up on the city walls for free. We went on the croatia rivera tour and it was great.

Wonderful port, beautiful.

If you like the Game of Thrones series, you can spend hours walking the walls and through town to the various places they shot scenes.

Been before and the old town just oozes charm. Walking the walls is expensive but something you should do at least once (preferably on a sunny day). Go up the cable car for a great view of the town. Don't be afraid to explore the port of Gruz if you only want to do a bit of shopping & relax with a coffee.

Overnight stay in port fantastic. We hired a private boat to tour some of the islands and swam in small bays. Amazing experience and highly recommended - http://www.dubrovnikdailysailing.com/

Went to old town on our own. Public bus right outside of port and as 3.50 for 2

Did excursion, again, should have just done own thing

Researched area and toured on own. Lots of walking.
