For a great breakfast go to El Meson !!! Delicious and very friendly and local feel :) also go to the El Hamburger close to Condado ! Wow that’s a burger 🍔. Again very local and friendly restaurant !!!

After your meal, head over to Anita Gelato corner of Santo Cristo and Fortaleza, a block down from the governor’s house…. So many flavors of homemade goodness….my wife and I would return to Old San Juan just for this treat!!

You might wanna try Barrachina since that’s where the pins Colada was invented. They have an indoor patio. Having lived in San Juan you don’t want to really dine and drink on the streets.

there's a lot of restaurants to choose from but at Patio Barrachinas is the best mostly the other are outdoor in the streets
