I read on Pinterest that they have taken them down and they aren't gonna put them back up. That was my main reason I wanted to go to San Juan too. Guess I'll have to find something else to do.

we just left San juan and right now they are little banners for cancer awareness... I think I have a pic of it posted

They change them from flowers to umbrellas,hearts and other things.
