Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island) Port Reviews

Very crowded beach. I prepay-ed on your web site for a Clamshell Sunshade Rental with 2 chairs and when we got to the beach we did not receive one and the beach staff would not help us. The one lady told us she was to busy to help. One staff member was radioed by the beach coordinator said she would come and aid us never came. We walked and walked the beach and never found a Clamshell Sunshade and I use a walking aid.

The island was pretty but they herded you like cattle. Everybody was right on top of you there was not room between the cabanas. With all the room you would expect not to be sitting on top of the person next to you. The glass bottom boat was a disappointment I have seen better at Silver Lake in Florida. They let people crowd around the glass so the people on the top row could not see. They really didn't show the coral reefs

I️ fell in love with this port!!! I️ cannot wait to visit again. The water was beautiful. The sand was soft and cool to the touch. Im not a swimmer and was able to go deep into the water without staying close to the sand like I️ normally do. It was honestly my favorite port of the entire trip. Just absolutely beautiful!

Always enjoy the time spent on HMC. The beach is delightful and the water is clear. The lunch BBQ was quire good. Excellent hamburger and delicious fruit. Learned that the chickens don't like bread but will eat anything else we offered.

Amazing island completely run by carnival. The water and beach are pristine, there's lots of local birds to look at and a complimentary BBQ during your stay!

the beach is absolutely gorgeous!! soft sand to walk in and in the water as well. If you don't like to bake in the sun, get there early to get a clamshell. Ship provides lunch-very nice

Very nice and relaxing. Get their early to get chairs in shade. Get free lunch, which was actually good. Would love to stay forever at this port. To bad they don’t have two days here.

Beautiful place! Love the fact it’s a private island. The beach is amazing. It’s fun to walk around and have a day with out 3rd world crime, 3rd world merchants leeching on to you.

This is a must see beach. It was beautiful. We are not much beach people , but it did not stop us from enjoying the beautiful atmosphere. The Buffet was great and as always the staff were helpful. There is not much t do on this Island. You can not use your drink package on the island but you can use your Sail and Ship card.
