Great beautiful place! Disney did an amazing job! Obviously it will get better will time! There is a lot to be done to improve! The pier is half mile long and walking is the most likely only option, which Disney needs to put more carts available for people who can’t walk much! Shades are scarce cause it’s a super open area, so hot days are tough! The road needs improvement as well, pavement is not done, so it was very dusty along the way on the tram! The Junkanoo Celebration is very simple, just a band, that plays one single track and it’s a little messy, they didn’t sound great, featuring some of the Disney characters which it makes a little more cute, but it’s just a little parade, they walk from the front of the Island, to the center stage of the Goombay Cultural Center, dance a little bit and walk back! Colors and design of the place are very unique! The best thing is the surrounding ocean, the most beautiful blue crystal clear water, with great areas for swimming and snorkeling! It’s missing pools though! There are plenty of bars and places to eat separated in 3 different areas! Aside of the super hot day we had, and the need for improvements, we had a good time, specially being the first ones in there!

Flies covered ALL food in buffet serving and seating area. No excuse.

The weather prevented us from enjoying the day. It was not the fault of the cruise line but even though we could see how beautiful it was, we were still disappointed. The long walk to/from the ship didn’t concern us but it would have been very difficult if other family members were with us this trip.

Everything screams DISNEY! All new facilities, tram ride from pier to the activities area. Very nice layout with two family beach areas and an adult only area. As mentioned earlier, the BBQ was fantastic! No line for food, pleanty of seating. Didn't feel like ants crawling around to find a place to enjoy our meal. Lots of activities available with roaming wait staff if you required any beverages.

15 minute walk on pier to get ashore. Asked guest services if there was transportation arrangements for people with mobility issues and they said no. When arriving I saw golf carts transporting people to the end of the pier and asked a Disney rep and they said sure you can get transport to shore. Disappointed about the mixed messages
