I love Amber Cove. The people are always very helpful. This was our second time back. I lover discovering new places each time we go back. Look forward to our next visit.

I did one excursion through a company outside of Carnival. It gave me a good view of the local areas. I enjoyed it.

Area near the ship is filled with the usual tourist trap jewelry stores, T Shirt shops, etc. We booked an excursion to a nearby (30 minute drive) and went on a hike to a waterfall. There is a ladder there that you can use to climb up and then slide down into the water below.
