Amber Cove (Puerto Plata), Dominican Republic Port Q&A

4.2
So, myself and 5 others (6 total) are going to Amber Cove in a few weeks. We've been to Amber Cove Before, but when we went the first couple of times, we couldnt find a decent tour to do for a decent rate. Does anyone have any tour recommendations?

I enjoyed the Amber Beach Club Getaway earlier this month. It’s a short drive to a nice beach. The water was a little choppy but not too much for me, and very warm. The non-all-inclusive version of the tour is $44.95 per person. There’s a good selection of meals in the $18-$25 range, or you can wait until you get back to the ship for lunch, as the tour ends at 1:00. You don’t get an umbrella with the non-all-inclusive, but there’s some shade from trees in the area. The more expensive version everyone gets an umbrella, but it’s $40 more per person and doesn’t make sense unless you plan to have a lot of drinks.
