Im assuming you are sailing on Carnival. At Rostand, Carnival uses a private harbor which is Mahogany Bay. Majority of the excursions are right at port. Beach is walkable and chairs readily available. With this said, I do enjoy going to French Key (either Little or Big) on Roatan.

If you are referencing available through this app you won't find any as it is a private port. Carnival's Cruise Manager will have several listed & direct contact private tour companies will make arrangements to pickup near the main gates where 3rd party tour consolidators generally won't.

We did this ship and port in January. We did a sloth and monkey tour through Viator and absolutely loved it!
