Harvest Caye, Belize Port Reviews

Actually went to Belize City not Harvest Caye. Port was nice but not too much to do. Food was outstanding. Got amazing fruits from the guy with the cart who was so nice. Wish the port was more bigger and more to do. Didn’t leave port as tender back and forth was like 20 minuets each way

Unfortunately we were not pleased with this new private island. We went to stirrup cay when it opened and we had a blast. We were not able to use our room keys here for drinks or anything like at GSC. We had to pay for $5 a drink and for any food we wanted it depended on price. The beach wasn't pretty. We actually seen huge roaches running around and one flew on a lady and she screamed and ran. If I would have know any of this we would have stayed on the boat, needless to say we did get back on the boat very short after. The pool area was still over crowded, you would think with all of the people they have done a better layout so everyone isn't cramped into one spot. GSC had multiple lagoons and beaches so it never felt over crowed. We will never go back to this port again. Which sucks because we had high hopes after visiting GSC

We were not able to dock. We were told it was too windy. We were also told that they would not send people from town to dock the ship..... Who knows. We got $30 back.

Belize was a very beautiful and lush island. Our experience here was very relaxed. They didn’t have a lot of free boat excursion options, so we opted to hang out at their open pool, which was amazing! It was huge. The downside was the fact that it was n way of finding seating bc everyone got them early.

Fabulous what they have done with this island. Perfect day to relax or play with all that is offered. If you have been to Belize before, then no reason to go on any excursion, this island has it all to keep you busy or relaxed for the day ashore.

This was like being on the ship in beach form. It was super hot, not a lot of shade, and people everywhere. The shops are the same shops as at all the other ports (the ones that are affiliated with the cruise lines). The only unique thing on the island was the Jimmy Buffet’s restaurant / bar / store but it was PACKED the entire time because it was air conditioned!
