We went to Governor’s beach. It’s right next to the Westin hotel. We went to the bus station a couple of blocks from the cruise port and it was like $2.50 per person each way.

There are taxis/shuttles at the Port that will bring you to 7 mile beach. it's around $6 pp one way. When you're ready to leave, they are also at the parking lot at the beach.

This is a tender port! 7 mile beach is a short distance away, you can catch a taxi.
