It’s Jamaica, mon! People are mostly friendly and the jerked chicken is always delicious!

We did a shore excursion here that took us to the Martha Brae and then a Beach outing. The shore excursion was the only time my experience was not great. The Beyond Shore excursion team did not do their job. We booked a small group excursion and when we went to the check in point onshore we found out that about 130 of us were all on this excursion. It was very stressful. This whole excursion was hurry up to WAIT. The Martha Brae raft was fun, but next time I would just privately book a trip to do it. The beach visit was just not fun.

Favorite port. Lots of shops and people were not pushy

We arrived late and never knew why. So with that happening, our excursion to Doctors Cave Beach in Montego Bay, started very late. We left the ship very late. The excursion was for a beach day with lunch provided, shopping and sightseeing. By the time we boarded the bus and got on the road, we were close to noon and we had to be back on the ship at 3:30. The tour guide was nice and friendly. She pointed out lots of places along the route. The bus stopped at an overpriced souvenir shop on the way to the beach. We ended up with only 90 minutes at the beach, a lunch that consisted of two small pieces of chicken that were heavily smoked and with two strips of bread and then some ice cream! At the end, the guide said a tip would be appreciated. We did not. We felt we were ripped off with this excursion. We won’t book it again.

Great clean port area shopping and eateries.

No excursion. Wasn't sure what to do. Shopping is fun. Disappointed in being able to see any of the country. Shouldn't have to book an excursion -aka spend extra money to enjoy the countryside a bit. I was disappointed ☹️
