Had a Shore Excursion for Zip Line (11 of them--that was surprising) and Beach. We really had fun on the zips and the beach was very beautiful and had plenty of chairs. Also had a nice swimming pool amongst the trees that was very peaceful. Neither were crowded at all.

We did get off the ship and walk around some. The port is not very big and currently parts are under construction. Maybe by next year the port will be expanded. The pool area at the port was very nice.

Beautiful port, not terribly far to walk from ship to shore. Cave tube ride was very good but having to carry large tube all the way to the starting point was very difficult. Tubes needed to be at starting point.

Ocean water was the perfect temperature for swimming. Nice little beach easy to get to at mahogany bay.

Our favorite day! We did a tour where we went and held sloths, monkeys, a macaw, and some Guinea pigs. Later we ziplined and then ended up going on a wonderful snorkeling adventure. It was called the Sloths, Monkey, Zipline, and Snorkel Combo through Dream Vacations. 10/10 recommend!!

We booked an excursion to an eco park with sloths and monkeys. We picked this particular excursion because all of the animals were rescues and therefore not as exploited as other animal excursions. The staff at the eco park were very nice and knowledgeable of their animals. Our driver was very good at his job and even pointed out some things about Honduran culture that we did not understand. Be prepared for the immense cultural disparity when you leave the terminal with your guide, and stick with guides that have been approved by the cruise lines.
