Outstanding. It has been a few years since we last visited Curacao. A lot of growth and construction for the better. Again, would take a taxi instead of excursion to see the island. Curacao should have at least one Public Toilet facility for cruise ships. One has to pay $4 to use the toilet at a business. Prices have also increased at least 30%-40% from our last visit.

We rented a car and drove to Kleine Knip beach. Fantastic snorkeling on this wonderful tucked away beach.

We took a taxi to Mambo beach. The lady at the information booth said to walk across the floating bridge and catch a taxi on the other side because it would be cheaper. So we did that and it was $5pp to get to the beach and $8 to come back. The beach had a sea wall around it making the water calm and warm. Lots of shops and restaurants.

I like it here! Good history within the port itself, you can do a short walking tour through the Fort just on your own. Several restaurants and shopping Venus directly off the ship. Fun Dutch influences in the town as well.

By far, one of our favorite islands. We take a taxi to Cas Abu beach, which is a little pricey (split the cab with someone). Wear water shoes, as it is rocky, but gorgeous. Food and facilities available. We also walked into town, and watched the moving bridge in action. Typical shops that are on other islands. Enjoy

Our favorite of the ABC islands. Weather in Labadee resulted in an overnight in Curaçao on Navigator. . What excitement to spend an overnight in a port, especially when it wasn’t planned. Crew Really enjoyed it. Seeing the bridge at night a big bonus. Lovely evening out. Next day found a $25 pp tour on Curacao factory, lighthouse and Beach.

The place is squeeky clean and beautiful. The colorful stucco homes and tile roofs reminded me of pictures I have seen of the Mediterrean. The bridge that connects both parts of the island is a wonder. I was surprised by how clean and friendly everyone was. This island, formally known as one of the ABC islands of the Dutch Antillies is the best one of the bunch. I thought highly of Aruba but this island far surpasses in beauty and things to do. I know that I will come back and spend some time here at a resort and enjoying the ammenities Curacao has to offer.
