Curacao, our plan was to walk into town over the "moving" bridge, because on our last visit it was open and you couldn't cross over. The weather was beautiful and the bridge was closed, so we got to cross over. While there we learned of the "heart of locks", a tourist attraction set up last February (I think for only a year) for people to bring a lock to "lock their love" ; similar to the bridge in Paris. If we knew about this before we went we would have had a spare lock to add. The town was decorated for the holidays.

We went on a air conditined bus tour. Did not do cruise excursion. Once off ship and walking toward floating bridge found tour. It was $20.00 a person. Took aprox. 3 hours. Went to where they made the curacao liquor and had a tasting and also had stops with photo opportunities

I really, really thought this island was beautiful. I purchased an excursion that was really nice. I was able to experience underwater in a semi-sub and it was quite amazing.

We booked a three hour snorkeling tour through owner Anton at Scubacao. Although the tour can accommodate up to 6 people, we two were the only ones making it a private excursion. We left with Mosje in his van to Tugboat and Director's Bay where we snorkeled from the beach to some of the most beautiful reefs I've ever seen. Moshje was a super chill guide, and directed us to see some interesting sea life along the coast, at the tug boat and under the pier. Our tour included some melon and water for lunch and a couple of beers after the trip.

This port was outstanding and Curacao was the most beautiful and friendly place on the entire cruise. The people there were super friendly. It was very clean with lots of shopping, restaurants, bars and other activities. We did the Discover Curacao Island Tour and it was very interesting. Our guide did a fantastic job sharing the history of Curacao with us.

Historical trolley tour on RC is a great way to see the area. Took a cab to Mambo Beach and got chairs for $3.50/person. There is some fun snorkeling out by the stone break wall which is maybe 200 ft away from the beach.
