same type of island as Granada. Hills and sharp turns and narrow roads. The waterfalls were interesting .

Dominica was a beautiful island. The excursion to the rain forest was great. The tubing trip down the river would have been better if there was more water running but you can't control mother nature :-)

The rain forest was beautiful. It was crowded at the Emerald Pool, which I guess is to be expected when there are several ships in port. Dominica seemed much poorer than the other places we visited. It's good the cruise ships are adding to the economy.

Botanical Garden was beautiful and interesting. Tree surrounding school bus shows the power of a hurricane. 4X4 excursion was very good, especially the waterfalls.

They suffered a lot of damage in 2017 which they are slowly getting repaired. I took a lovely tour of the capital and then went to the emerald pond.It was a nice ride through the countryside.The country is just a beautiful lush green with spectacular views.

Beautiful island, but disappointing tour. The botanical gardens were basically just a park. The waterfall was nice, but I would suggest one of the tours that does the hot springs or mudbaths and do NOT waste your time on anything involving the botanical gardens.

The local people are very pushy and in your face to sell their wares and tours. A waste of time in this port.

We booked the excusion on the ship, it cost $48 per person. 1 1/2 hour ride each way, all we saw was a small water fall. This one is waste of my time and money.
