Maho beach isn’t bad It’s very hot there The cars passing behind you are scarier than the planes flying over your head

Orient beach is recovering and we had the best lunch at bikinis! Go there and feast on French cuisine !! Ocean was nice except for seaweed which seemed to be everywhere in the Caribbean. At least it’s not slimy or stinky!

This was also a good place to visit, but once again we found a taxi driver that took us around the whole island for a cheaper price. He was great and showed us the devastation this island had from the hurricane. It was heartbreaking to see French St Martin has still not recovered. The Dutch side seemed much better and enjoyed the port shopping. We didn't do any shopping in the main town.

The water color at the beach is just beautiful. We took the water taxi for $7 pp round trip to the boardwalk, and shopping area on Front Street. We were only there from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. so it was a quick port. Duty free liquor stores would not deliver to the MSC Seasside as it departed too early for the courier. We had to carry our purchase on board. This port had 6 ships at the dock on the morning we arrived, so there were a lot of people that day.
