Beautiful island. Loved the bars, shops, and restaurants right behind the beach. The Dirty Sanchez Bar was a fun time! Franco was a great bartender!

beach was small (KIM SHA BEACH) people up and down trying to sell you everything under the sun - couldn't relax - traffic is horrible, shouldn't have an excursion that ends at 515pm if everyone gets out of work at 5 -

Easy access on and off the ship. French side of the island still torn up from last year’s hurricane. Dutch side of the island very clean and tidy and well maintained.

Still recovering from the hurricane. Beautiful place but the people are relentless on trying to sell you things. Wear a lot of sunscreen here, won’t take long before you get sunburn.

We have been to St Maarten before but we enjoyed this trip more than the others. It felt more walkable and safer than it had previously and we had a great time exploring the island. We look forward to going back and seeing even more of the island. We enjoyed talking with some of the locals here as well.

This beautiful village is still recovering from the Hurricanes last year. It was nice, but the town literally shuts down at 6/7 pm. So don't plan on eating in the port. Also if you are going on the horseback riding excursion...check the weight limit before you book
