The bluest water I have ever seen, as if it were tinted for your picture postcard review. The circle island tour is a good buy and you can asked to be dropped off in the shopping area and take a water taxi back to the ship.

We did the America's Cup Regatta excursion here which was a blast, racing our boat against another group doing the excursion. After that, we hung out on a small beach by the boardwalk.

Very nice, very pretty! Just have to get used to the naked bodies at the beach. If your in the market to buy jewelry about 90% of the stores in Phillipsburg are jewelry stores.

We were the most impressed with this port. It was clean and nice, the people were friendly and welcoming. I liked the fact you could walk to the shops and the beach.
