No excursions. Husband and daughter got off and walked around the town some. Their Carnival was happening later so shops and streets were closing up early

What a dirty, dirty city. We came across several people sleeping on the streets. Language was an issue, everything was closed, and would absolutely not recommend this island.

Got off to shop. No excursion as I’ve previously seen what I wanted.

We took the public bus from Port of France to Saint Pierre. Only cost 2 Euros each way so for 8 Euros we saw the entire coast.. They speak French and are not very friendly. No need to ever return. We took the bus to the last stop hoping to just turn around, but the bus driver kicked us off the bus. Did not speak English and did not try to help. A lady on the bus said the bus returning was up the street. It took about 15 minutes walk to the bus stop. The concept of forming a line to get on the bus is non existence.

First time there and took a local bus tour. It was good but too long and was unable to walk around the town. Next time.

Don’t bother , locals couldn’t care less, perhaps they don’t want tourists?
